Paint & Chat is a creative art studio offering ceramic painting, painting events, classes, private parties, and related creative experiences.

Paint & Chat is not responsible for errors caused by a customer's bank, credit card company, payment provider, or other third-party financial institution.

Event registrations and private party bookings may be subject to additional event-specific terms, deadlines, minimums, deposits, cancellation policies, or refund policies.

When such terms are provided at the time of purchase or booking, those terms will apply to that specific transaction.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the cancellation and refund information associated with an event or booking before completing payment.

Paint & Chat reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event when necessary, including because of instructor availability, facility issues, insufficient enrollment, emergencies, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

When Paint & Chat cancels an event or service for which payment has already been made, we will communicate the available refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling options, subject to applicable law.

Private events may have additional requirements concerning minimum numbers of painters, event duration, setup, additional guests, food and beverages, decorations, painting selections, and other arrangements.

The specific terms agreed upon at the time of booking will govern the private event.

Paint & Chat reserves the right to refuse a private-event request when the requested activity, artwork, decorations, behavior, or other circumstances would create an unreasonable safety, operational, legal, or property concern.

Paint & Chat provides ceramic painting materials, instructions, kiln firing, and related services where applicable.

Because ceramic pieces are subject to a kiln-firing process, the final result may differ from the appearance of the unfired piece. Glazes and ceramic materials can change during firing, and unexpected results such as color variation, glaze movement, pinholes, cracks, breakage, or other firing-related imperfections may occur.

While Paint & Chat will use reasonable care when handling and firing customer pieces, we cannot guarantee a particular final appearance.

If a piece is damaged or otherwise affected during the ceramic process, Paint & Chat may, at its discretion and where appropriate, offer a replacement, credit, refund, or other reasonable resolution.

Customers are responsible for following Paint & Chat's studio rules, instructor directions, safety instructions, and reasonable requests from staff.

Customers must treat employees, instructors, vendors, and other customers respectfully.

Paint & Chat may ask a customer to leave the studio or may refuse future Services if the customer engages in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, violent, harassing, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.

Customers may be responsible for damage to Paint & Chat property caused by intentional, reckless, or negligent conduct, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Children and minors may participate in certain Paint & Chat activities when permitted by the specific event or Service.

A parent, guardian, or responsible adult may be required to supervise minors and is responsible for ensuring that minors follow applicable studio rules and safety instructions.

Certain events may have age requirements or other participation restrictions. Customers are responsible for reviewing the requirements of the specific event before registering.

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its contents—including Paint & Chat's name, logo, branding, photographs, graphics, artwork, written content, designs, videos, instructional materials, event materials, and other original content—are owned by or licensed to Paint & Chat and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
